Exchange & Returns

At Sanskori India, each garment is handcrafted with meticulous care by skilled artisans.
We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we offer a 5-day Exchange or Return window from the date of delivery.


1. Exchange Policy

We are happy to offer a free exchange for a different size or colour of the same style and value, in case the fit isn’t right.
However, we do not offer exchanges for a different product, colour, or style.

Exchange Window:
Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order.
Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Exchanges are limited strictly to size or colour of the same product.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange only. Once exchanged, the article/product is not eligible for any further exchanges or returns.
  • Exchange requests for different styles will not be accepted.

Exchange dispatches are initiated only after receipt and quality approval of the returned item at our warehouse.

  2. Once a pickup request is generated, our delivery partner will attempt to collect the product.
    A maximum of two pickup attempts will be made. If the customer fails to hand over the parcel during these attempts, the exchange request will be marked as closed, and no further requests will be accepted.
  3. If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may be requested to self-ship the product to our return address (same as on your invoice).
  4. Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, your replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.

2. Return Policy

Sanskori now offers returns in the form of a coupon code of equivalent value — redeemable on your next purchase within 6 months of issue.
We do not offer monetary refunds.

  1. Conditions for Returns:
  • Returns must be requested within 5 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in a saleable condition with tags intact.
  • All returns are subject to a quality check at our warehouse.
  • A flat ₹99 will be deducted towards return shipping and handling charges. The return charges will be deducted from the value of the coupon code.
  • Products that have been exchanged once are not eligible for return.

Once the return passes inspection, your coupon code will be issued within 3–5 business days.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

  1. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, missing, or defective item, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by calling +91 74282 84854 or emailing contact@sanskori.com.
  2. For major concerns, you may be requested to provide an unboxing video as proof.
    This video must be continuous and unedited, from opening the sealed package to revealing the full product.
    Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

4. Reverse Pick-Ups

1. We offer a simple, hassle-free reverse pickup for returns and exchanges.

  • Reverse pickups are completed within 3–5 business days from the date of request.
  • Delivery of returned parcels to our warehouse can take 7–15 days.
  • Once received and inspected, your exchange or coupon code will be processed.
  • In case your pincode is not serviceable, you may be asked to self-ship the parcel.
  • If a self-shipped parcel is lost in transit, Sanskori will not be responsible, and no refund or coupon code will be issued.

2. Shipping Costs on Reverse Pick-Ups:

  • The first exchange pickup is complimentary.
  • If a customer misses the two scheduled pickup attempts, the request will be marked as closed.
  • For an additional pickup, a flat charge of ₹150 will be deducted (for returns) or added to your invoice (for exchanges).

5. Product Disclaimer

 

  • Slight variations in colour, print, or weave may occur due to lighting, photography, or fabric characteristics. These are not considered defects but natural aspects of textile production and display differences.
  • We make every effort to ensure product images reflect the true colour and texture, however, minor variations between the actual product and the displayed image are possible.
  • Every garment undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards of excellence.

6. Sale & Offer-Based Orders

  1. Orders placed using special discount codes, promotional offers or custom discounts (provided on request) are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product is received damaged or incorrect.
    Please review the size chart carefully before placing such orders.

7. Cancellations

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting:

  2. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
    If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts and the parcel returns to our warehouse, the order will be cancelled automatically, and a coupon code (minus ₹150 - handling charge) will be issued.

8. False or Misleading Claims

Sanskori maintains strict standards of transparency and quality.
If a complaint is found to be false, frivolous or intentionally misleading, the brand reserves the right to take appropriate legal action.
All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
