Refund Policy
At Sanskori, we take pride in offering handcrafted products made by skilled artisans. Each piece is unique, bearing the charm of traditional craftsmanship and slight human irregularities that make it one of a kind.
At Sanskori, we do NOT offer Refunds as a standard policy.
However, in rare and exceptional cases, a refund may be issued in the form of coupon code or store credit.
Such cases include:

Verified manufacturing defects ( request raised within 24hours of delivery with uncut unboxing video)

Orders that remain undelivered and are returned to origin (RTO)
Please note that all such refunds are subject to approval after thorough verification.
Quality Assurance
All products undergo a thorough quality check before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery by:

Note:
In the event of any major defect or suspicion, the customer may be required to provide an unboxing video as evidence. This video must be continuous and uncut, starting from the unopened package to the full product reveal. Edited or incomplete videos may not be considered valid for claims.
Exchange Conditions
You may request an exchange only if the item:
- Has not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
- Is in a saleable condition, with original barcode and MRP tags intact.
- Sanskori reserves the right to evaluate the product condition before approving a refund or exchange. Items that appear worn or tampered with post-purchase will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:
- Items received in damaged condition.
- Manufacturing defects, excluding natural variations in color, print, or weave.
- Prepaid orders that remain undelivered and are returned to origin.
â Please note: Slight variations in print, weave, or color are intrinsic to handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
Exchange Conditions:
- Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order.
- No exchange requests will be accepted beyond this specified time window.
Exchanges Will NOT Be Entertained For:
- Worn or washed items
- Tags that are tampered with or removed
- Requests made after the return/exchange window
- Discounted products and/ or products on sale, special discounts, offer discounts are not eligible for Return & Refund.
