Refund Policy
At Sanskori, we take pride in offering high-quality garments crafted with precision and care by skilled artisans.

Please note that slight variations in color or texture may occur due to fabric characteristics and are not considered defects.
1. No Refund Policy
Sanskori does not have a Refund Policy.
As an alternative, a coupon code of equivalent value will be issued, redeemable on your next purchase.
- A flat fee of ₹99 will charged for Return-pickup of the product. The return charges will be deducted from the value of the coupon code.
- The coupon code will be valid for Six (6) months from the date of issue.
- Each coupon code is valid for one-time use only and cannot be reissued or extended.
- No charges will be applied for wrong or damaged products.
- No charge will be applied for Exchange Requests.
No Return or Exchange in the following cases:

Items purchased during a sale or under discount offers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Items in sale or under discount offers can only be Exchanged.
2. Refunds — Exceptions Only
A Refund to the original payment method will be processed only under the following conditions:
a) Verified Manufacturing Defect
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- The claim must include an uncut, continuous unboxing video clearly showing the sealed parcel being opened and the product inside.
- Claims submitted without valid video evidence will not be accepted.
b) Undelivered Orders (RTO)
- If a prepaid order remains undelivered and is returned to origin (RTO), a full refund will be processed automatically.
All refunds are subject to thorough verification and approval by Sanskori's internal quality check team.
3. Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any claim related to damage, defect, or wrong item, an uncut unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must clearly display:
- The sealed outer parcel,
- The complete unwrapping process, and
- The product in full view.
Edited, paused or incomplete videos will not be accepted as valid evidence.
4. Quality Check Disclaimer
- Every Sanskori product undergoes strict quality inspection before dispatch.
Slight differences in color tone, texture, or weave may occur due to fabric characteristics and screen variations and are not considered defects.
