Delivery Commitment

SANSKORI is committed to delivering all orders with care and high-quality packaging within 10 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) under normal circumstances.
During peak sale periods or under special circumstances, dispatch or delivery timelines may vary, in which case customers will be informed of the revised schedule.

Sanskori makes every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery of products. To ensure safe and efficient service, we ship exclusively through reputed third-party logistics partners.


Delivery Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping is offered on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders are subject to a fixed charge equivalent to the courier or logistics partner’s applicable rate, which may vary from time to time.

SANSKORI partners with independent third-party logistics providers for product delivery.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing your logistics partner details and a tracking number.

Please note:

  • The date of dispatch refers to when your order leaves our warehouse, while the date of delivery refers to when it reaches your address.
  • Estimated dispatch timelines are displayed on the website for reference.
  • The actual delivery date may vary depending on your location and courier operations.
  • As deliveries are handled by third-party logistics providers, SANSKORI has no control over their internal processes, and therefore cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

SANSKORI shall not be liable for delays in delivery by third-party partners. 


Shipping Address

Before completing payment, customers must provide a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address, including pin code, phone number, and relevant landmarks to assist delivery.
SANSKORI shall not be held responsible for delivery failures or delays caused due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Order Delivery Timelines

Orders are usually dispatched within 7–10 working days from the date of order placement.
However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or government regulations.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS, which can be used to track the shipment directly through the courier’s website.

Most orders are delivered within 7–10 working days across India.
A maximum of two delivery attempts shall be made. If the customer remains unavailable after two attempts, SANSKORI reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a return.

Delivery timelines may be affected by conditions such as:

  • Unfavourable weather
  • Political disruptions, strikes, or lockdowns
  • Natural disasters or pandemics
  • Other unforeseen operational delays
  • Sale/ Peak season delays

In such cases, SANSKORI will make reasonable efforts to inform customers via their registered email or mobile number. However, the company shall not be liable for compensation or claims arising from such delays.


Reverse Pickup & Exchange

All exchanges or returns are facilitated through SANSKORI’s authorized reverse logistics partners, who operate independently from the brand.

Please note that the reverse pickup delivery to Sanskori’s warehouse typically takes 10–15 days from the pickup date.
SANSKORI shall not be liable for any delay or omission caused by reverse logistics partners.
Exchange dispatches are initiated only after receipt and quality approval of the returned item at our warehouse.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a product that is damaged, tampered with or appears opened, please refuse to accept the delivery and return it to the delivery personnel immediately.

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at 📞 +91 74282 84854 or 📧 contact@sanskori.com, mentioning your Order ID.

Upon validation/ approval, SANSKORI will arrange a replacement or dispatch a new order at no additional cost.
