Exchange & Returns

At Sanskori India, we are happy to offer a free exchange for a different size or colour of the same style and value if you are not satisfied with the fit. However, we do not offer exchanges for a different style.

❗ Please Note: Sanskori does not offer Returns or Refunds.

Exchange window: 

Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order.
After this period, no exchange requests will be accepted.

Exchanges are strictly limited to size variations of the same product. Requests for exchanges with different products will not be accepted.

We kindly encourage you to review the size chart thoroughly before placing your order, to select the best-fitting size and avoid unnecessary exchanges.
Please note, Sanskori does not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Once a pickup request has been generated, our delivery partner will attempt to collect the product.
A maximum of 2 pickup attempts will be made. If the customer fails to hand over the article during these attempts, the exchange request will be marked as closed, and no further request for exchange will be entertained.

Please note: Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange only. Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again. We are unable to process multiple exchange requests for the same product, including for size, style, or any other reason. We recommend selecting the item for exchange carefully, as no further exchange requests will be accepted for the same order, again.

No exchange will be done for changes in colour of the garment received or print irregularities in comparison to the website.

We use natural colour, hand bock prints in some of our fabrics,  the colours of which may vary from batch to batch. Handblock prints are known for their irregularities in print which makes handblock printing unique. Perfect prints are not reflective of true handblock techniques. 

Sanskori processes returns under specific conditions. Kindly refer to Refund policy.

All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

An irregular weave or print or a stitch should not be taken as a defect as handcrafted products will not show consistent uniformity like a machine-made product. Handloom, by definition, means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

We undergo a thorough quality check before processing your order.

⚠️ In case the delivered item(s) is found damaged, missing, or has a manufacturing defect, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by calling us at +91 7428284854 or emailing us at contact@sanskori.com.

❗Please note: Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

In the event of any major defect or suspicion, the customer may be required to provide an unboxing video as evidence. This video must be continuous and uncut, starting from the unopened package to the full product reveal. Edited or incomplete videos may not be considered valid for claims.


Exchange of item(s) is subject to the fulfilment of following conditions:

  • The item(s) has not been worn, washed, altered or damaged and is returned in a saleable condition with barcode and MRP Tags intact, within the specified exchange/return window.
  • Sanskori India reserves the right to decide whether the item(s) seems worn, washed, altered or has post-purchase damage.

Exchanges can be done within 5 days from the date of delivery for all online orders. Tags should be intact and product should be unused.

Exchanges are only allowed for size; we do not offer exchanges for different style of products.

No exchanges or refunds will be made against garments which have been altered by the customer.

Offer-Based Orders
Orders placed using special discount codes, promotional offers, or custom discounts (provided upon request) are not eligible for return or exchange. These offers are extended under special conditions and are considered final sale.

We recommend reviewing all sizing and product details carefully before placing such orders.


Reverse Pick Ups

We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free, Reverse Pick-up policy. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.

  • Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your exchanges.
  • Please ensure that all the returned item(s) are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
  • The item(s) for reverse pick up will be picked up within 3-5 business days from the date of request.
  • After the receipt of item(s) at the warehouse, the request for returns/exchanges would be processed.
  • In the case of exchanges, new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the shipment at the warehouse.
  • Delivery of reverse pickups takes anywhere between 7-15 days.
  • Some of the pin codes are not feasible for reverse pick up, in such cases the customer will need to return the item(s) back to us. The reverse shipping address will remain the same as per the original invoice.
  • If customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit, no refund will be applicable.

Shipping Cost on Reverse Pick ups

Costs of shipping are borne by the Company only for the first exchange request only. Subsequent exchange requests do not carry any such adjustment.

Please note that while we do not charge customers for the initial pickup, we bear the pickup cost ourselves to provide a smooth and convenient return/exchange experience.

However, if the customer fails to hand over the parcel during the two scheduled pickup attempts, and the delivery partner closes the request on their portal, we are unable to continue arranging multiple pickups — as each attempt incurs an additional cost to us.

In such cases, the customer will have the following two options:

  1. Self-ship the product to our return address,
    or
  2. Request one final pickup, in which case:
     – A flat charge of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund (if it's a return),
     – Or added to the invoice (if it's an exchange).

Sanskori allows only one exchange request per article. Multiple exchange requests for the same item will not be entertained.

"Multiple exchanges" refers to multiple requests for exchange of product(s) (even if the products were purchased in one single order).


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Customers are requested to contact Sanskori at:

Once an order is dispatched, the courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to Sanskori’s warehouse.

After the returned parcel is received, the order will be marked as cancelled, and a refund will be issued in the form of store credit or a coupon code.
A flat deduction of ₹200 will be applied towards shipping and return handling charges.


False or Misleading Complaints
We are committed to maintaining transparency and quality in all our products. However, in cases where complaints are found to be false, frivolous, or intentionally misleading, Sanskori reserves the right to take appropriate legal action. Any costs arising from such actions will be solely borne by the individual making the complaint.
Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with such matters shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
