  Care Instructions:

  For Cotton Fabrics:

  • Wash on Gentle Setting with Mild Detergent.
  • Avoid Bleaching the Fabric.
  • Iron on Low Heat.
  • Air Dry in Shade. 
  • Do not Tumble Dry.
  • Wash indigo prints separately.
  • Do not mix dark colours with light colors while washing. 

  For Cotton-Linen Fabrics:

  • Dry Cleaning Recommended.
  • Avoid Bleaching the Fabric.
  • Iron on Low to Medium Heat.
  • Wash Light Colours Separately. 

Shipping Information

 

Orders:

Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked by using the tracking number on shipping agency’s website. A confirmation e-mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this tracking number along with the service providers information.

 

Payments: 

For domestic transactions, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and provide UPI and Net Banking Option across major banks. 

 

COD “cash on delivery” option?

We do offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) facility within India for select pin codes.

 

Shipping

How long will it take to ship my order?

All domestic orders take approximately 5-7 days to process and dispatch.

Jackets are made to order and take 7-10 days to process and dispatch.

International orders take approximately 10-14 days to dispatch from our studio from the date of order receipt.

 

Shipping cost?

Domestic orders: Free Pre-paid shipping on all domestic orders and displayed product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties. COD is available at a fixed rate of Courier company's corresponding charge. 
Certain pin codes may not be eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD) due to service limitations by our logistics partners. In such cases, the COD option will not appear at checkout.

 

Could I make changes in shipping address after placing the order?

Shipping details can be edited before your order is billed or shipped. However, all changes must be emailed within 24 hours of placing an order online. Email us at contact@sanskori.com.

 

What if I am not home when the package is delivered?

Our delivery agents will attempt to deliver the package two times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including pin code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and fast delivery.
