For Crepe Fabrics:

• Gentle Hand Wash or Dry Clean Recommended.
• Use Mild Detergent in Cold Water.
• Do Not Bleach.
• Do Not Tumble Dry.
• Air Dry in Shade.
• Iron on Reverse Side at Low Heat or Use a Steamer.
• Wash Dark Colours Separately.
• Avoid Wringing or Twisting the Fabric.

 For Cotton Fabrics:

• Wash on Gentle Setting with Mild Detergent.
  
• Avoid Bleaching the Fabric.
• Iron on Low Heat.
• Air Dry in Shade. 
• Do not Tumble Dry.
• Wash indigo prints separately.
• Do not mix dark colours with light colors while washing. 
  

  For Cotton-Linen Fabrics:

• Dry Cleaning Recommended.
  
• Avoid Bleaching the Fabric.
• Iron on Low to Medium Heat.
• Wash Light Colours Separately. 
  
  

Orders:

Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked by using the tracking number on shipping agency’s website. A confirmation e-mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this tracking number along with the service providers information.

Payments: 

For domestic transactions, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and provide UPI and Net Banking Option across major banks. 

COD “cash on delivery” option?

With Partial COD, a specified amount is paid at checkout, while the remaining balance is payable at the time of delivery. The upfront payment serves as a security amount against the order and the associated shipping and handling costs.

Please note: The amount paid at checkout is non-refundable if the order is refused at the time of delivery.

How long will it take to ship my order?

All Domestic orders are generally processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Dispatch timelines are estimates only and may vary due to high order volumes, seasonal demand, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, courier or logistics disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, dispatch may take an additional 2–3 business days.

Shipping cost?

Domestic orders: Free Pre-paid shipping on all domestic orders and displayed product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

Could I make changes in shipping address after placing the order?

Shipping details can be edited before your order is billed or shipped. However, all changes must be communicated within 24 hours of placing an order online via Whatsapp. 

What if I am not home when the package is delivered?

Our delivery agents will attempt to deliver the package two times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including pin code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and fast delivery.
